Please make sure you have gone through the training on how to setup your domain either in the Masterclass replays, the certification wizard and/or anything you find here in the KB. Submitting multiple tickets on the same subject only delays the response times for EVERYONE waiting.
Also keep in mind that the more information you provide support when you do submit your ticket, the more likely it is we're able to resolve it in our first response. So please include FULL screenshots and/or video in your support requests with specific information related only to the issue you're having.
