1. Double Check that the email you entered during purchase is correct and did not have any typo's.
2. Check your Spam folder or any additional folders created (if using GMAIL)

If none of the above help, then you already have an account under one of our AGENCY holders. In this case, write into support letting us know the email and the agency holder you originally purchased from. Then provide a second email in which we can create your LEAD account in. (Please note: Lead access cannot be added to the account from the agency holder)
